The demand for a low, compact, sturdy tripod has been met. Kirk Enterprises has re-engineered the ever-popular Manfrotto 3001BN tripod. The Mighty Low-Boy is versatile and has great stability under high load capacities. Designed and built for macro photography, the Mighty Low-Boy is compact and lightweight and can also be used in any type of low angle situations. The Mighty Low-Boy is a “chopped” version of the 3001BN tripod. The over all length and folded length has been shortened. Major screws have been replaced with high-grade stainless steel screws and a new short center post with a built in spirit level was developed. Both the standard center post and the new short center post have a 3/8” center screw.
