Kirk's own heavy-duty security strap keeps cameras or lenses at hand. Whenever you're shooting in the field, here's a safe and convenient way to carry a second camera or telephoto lens. The SS-1 has a padded and fully adjustable strap, and will accept all Arca style quick release plates. To shorten length of strap-hold bottom side of looped strap, grasp buckle and pull to desired length. To shorten-hold strap above buckle, grasp buckle and pull. When finished, grasp buckle and pull short end of strap, making sure it's taught in buckle. This is important. Ends of strap must point towards QR clamp and strap must be taught in buckle to prevent slippage.
